We have a lot of good memories in Scotland. It’s where we picked the name Kelmore for one, but we’ve spent a lot of time there and have loved every minute of it.

Aside from those two hours in Glasgow when we were jetlagged to hell and couldn’t get into our hotel to sleep, but that wasn’t Glasgow’s fault! It’s a lovely place.

But you know what we’ve never done while in Scotland? Stay in a castle. That sounds pretty ridiculous for people from the US, so I think she’ll really like spending a weekend there.

The hard part, though, is which castle? There are so many! You better pick a good one! This one is a bit different, there are three choices.
